Year 4

Monday 13th July

Enrichment Activities

If you fancy something slightly different, you are more than welcome to try out one or more of the enrichment activities. You can do this instead or as well as today's work!

Tell me about what you've been up to in the Zoom meeting or send your work to me:

For Maths today:

Task 1: BSG sheet (you can do this in the back of your maths book)

Task 2: Today we will be reviewing some of the work that we have done this year. Try to do as much as you can on your own. You can mark it yourself and I will go through any problems in the Zoom lesson.

Complete p67-p70 of Maths Year 4 Targeted Question Book

For English today:

Watch the video lesson 'Lesson 7/8'.

Task 1: Over the next 2 lessons (today and Thursday) I would like you to present a final version of your instructions.  You can choose to write up your instructions in a format of your choice, EG: write up in your English book; a poster; a power point presentation; and audio clip; a video.

Once completed, you can send your work to me via We Transfer or email.

Remember you can spread this work over 2 lessons.

Spanish Challenge

This week we are going to carry on learning a bit of Spanish!

In this lesson we will recap our previous learning, then learn how to describe our hair and eye colour in Spanish. For this lesson you will need a pen and paper, as well as some colouring pencils!

I would like you to have a go at this at some stage this week. You can choose which day to do it on.

(The lesson is one from Oak National Academy)

Music Challenge

A bit more singing this week.

In this lesson, we will be finding out about major and minor keys and singing a song using those keys.

Really look forward to seeing how you get on.
